After discovering a leak in the roof of our barn conversion we employed JR Property Maintenance to fit new breathable roofing membrane, battens, tiles and lead valleys to part of our property. They did an excellent job and the workmen were tidy, trustworthy and friendly. It turned out that we needed a new Velux window as well, and they fitted one, together with a blind in addition to the work we agreed. Given the issues with supply of materials in 2022 the job did take longer than first anticipated, but the re were no unexplained delays. We are very happy with their work and would employ them again with confidence.
